Everyone at Thanksgiving dinner will enjoy every bite of this sweet and decadent pecan pie! Not celebrating Thanksgiving this week? Save this for the holidays! It’s a perfect vegan dessert recipe for festive gatherings ✨ Ingredients below 👇 and reply PIE in the comments and I’ll DM you the recipe + instructions! 

- 2 9-inch frozen pie crusts (vegan) thawed

FILLING:

- 3 tbsp ground chia seeds (or ground flax seeds)
- 2/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1/4 cup vegan butter melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 1/2 cup chopped pecans
