Typically, caesar dressing is not vegan. It’s made with anchovies, egg, and parmesan cheese. All-in-all, the ingredient list is not vegan, nor comprised of the healthiest ingredients. After all, we don’t usual think of caesar salad as being a healthy salad.

I will note. however, that the dressing becomes less tangy over time. Although still delicious, you might like to add a squeeze more of the lemon juice before serving if preparing in advance.
This recipe will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. Store in an air-tight container or in a glass jar.
Add a splash of water to thin as desired if you find that the dressing has become thicker from refrigerating.
