Day 2 of the 7-Day Smoothie Bowl Challenge is a Purple Nourish Smoothie, for a little TLC! This smoothie bowl is the yogi of bowls; a healthful blend of blueberries, raspberries, spinach and spirulina. Then topped it with sliced banana, crunchy granola, coconut shavings and bee pollen. It’s a plentiful bowl that will nourish our bodies and souls. Time to warrior pose our way through this challenge, and this guru of bowls is just the way to do it!
