Taking a moment to be really candid about my postp

Taking a moment to be really candid about my postpartum.. I’ve been struggling a lot with nerve pain in my back and down my legs since my pregnancy (caution to flexible women that do a lot of yoga when pregnant..). It’s taking my back and SI joints a long time to heal, which has been really hard physically and mentally. I’m sorry that I haven’t shown up with new recipes but my sole focus right now is trying to get better and showing up for my family in whatever strength and capacity I have to do so right now.

I haven’t shared a lot about this in stories - things probably seem like the usual happy go lucky - because it’s just easier to ignore the pain while I’m in the thick of it. Focusing on it reallllly gets me down.

But I am improving! Maybe a few more months and I’ll be back to posting delicious recipes for you, and having my creative outlet back. 🤞
