Peaches 'n Nice Cream

This ice cream is made with bananas! Making it a much healthier alternative to traditional cream-based ice cream. Flavoured with peaches, it's a summer crowd-pleaser; enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

  • Using your food proccessor on the grater setting (not s-shape blade), push frozen peaches and banana through your food processor.
  • Take out grater setting and push in s-shape blade. Then add coconut milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. (Takes only a few minutes). For soft serve style ice cream serve right away.
  • For a harder ice cream, transfer to a parchment-lined freezer-safe container and cover with tea towel. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Let thaw 20 minutes before serving for easier scooping.

Notes

Ice cream will keep in fridge for up to one week, but best when fresh.
