Try adding fresh berries to your avocado toast, to make it a little more gourmet. These are topped with fresh strawberries and cherries, with balsamic to drizzle.

halved, pits removed

Instructions
In a bowl mash avocados to preferred consistency, add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix to combine.
Top toasts with mashed avocado. Decorate two toasts with berries. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
