Decadent Peach Parfaits

Here is an easy and light sweet treat that you can enjoy for dessert. Simply take peaches and slice in half, fill with coconut yogurt, granola and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

  • Cut your peaches in half and remove the pit. Fille with yogurt and granola.
  • In a small heat-proof glass bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in microwave, or add water to a small pot (1-2 inches high), bring to simmer and place glass bowl on top to melt chocolate.
  • Drizzle peach parfaits with chocolate sauce and serve.
