I love the purple hue of this tranquil bowl. It's antioxidant rich and protein packed. Enjoy for a sweet brekkie that will stick with you.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
  • 1 tbsp maca powder optional
  • 1/2 cup almond milk plus splashes more if needed
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  • In a blender add frozen blueberries, banana, protein powder and maca powder. Pour in almond milk and blend until smooth. Optional to add milk as needed for blending/desired consistency.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite fruits and granola
