Better than Bacon BLTs

I think so! I took it to the test, sprinkling it on everything from salads, to soup and even fruit. But of course the golden ticket was these Better than Bacon BLTs! It was true validation that bacon-lovers adore these coconut bacon bits as much as the real thing.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut bacon
  • 8 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 1 cup kale chopped, or lettuce of choice
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • pinch sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Toast whole wheat bread and top with kale, sliced tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with coconut bacon. Sprinkle with pepper and salt flakes.

Notes

Get the recipe for coconut bacon. It can be made ahead and will keep in fridge for up to one week.
