This refreshing smoothie is berry loaded! Using frozen mixed berries and banana for a sweet and creamy smoothie. Instead of protein-powder, the recipe uses peanut butter, chia seeds and hemp hearts. It's a wholesome and nourishing smoothie using simple whole food ingredients, without protein powder!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • splash maple syrup (option to sweeten)

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
