Citrus Passionfruit Overnight Oats

I love these tart bowls for a delicious citrus inspired oatmeal. Made with passionfruit and blood orange. Enjoy for a sweet and warming breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 2 blood oranges peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine. Wait 5 minutes, then stir again to stop the chia from clumping. Let sit in fridge overnight, or for at least 30 minutes.
  • Split porridge into two bowls and top each passion fruit, blood orange, and coconut flakes.
