5-Minute Creamy Smooth Vegan Thai Peanut Sauce

A simple peanut sauce recipe using pantry ingredients like peanut butter, tamari and rice vinegar. Creamy smooth, bright, and loaded with peanut and umami flavour. Delicious tossed in a Thai Noodle Salad or stir fry, used as a dip, or tossed with baked tofu!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic , finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  • Prepare peanut sauce in a small bowl by whisking together peanut butter, water, rice vinegar, tamari, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic and cayenne.
