Melt peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a saucepan.

Add the rice crisps and stir to combine.

Transfer to an 8x8 square parchment-lined baking dish.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil until smooth.

Step 5

Pour the melted chocolate over the rice krispie base and chill in the fridge until the chocolate top is solid.

Step 6

Cut into squares

Step 7

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
