Roast the seasoned chickpeas until crunchy and golden, 30 to 35 minutes. Stir the chickpeas halfway through.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce.

chop the romaine lettuce and add it to a medium bowl

Pour in 1 batch of the Vegan Caesar Dressing and sprinkle with vegan parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.

Transfer the salad to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the crunchy roasted chickpeas and pepper to taste.
