In a food processor add the oats. Pulse until its a flour like substance.

Add the chickpeas, almond butter, canned pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla.

Add the baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and pumpkin spice to the blender.  

Step 4

Blend to combine and then remove the S-shape blade.

Step 5

Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Fold into the batter.

Step 6

 Rub or spray the pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread to even. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.

Step 7

Bake the blondies for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 8

Let cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
