"First time making this tofu and it’s so tasty! A new family go-to!"
Drain and cut tofu into 6 equal slices about 1/2 inch thick & pat dry.
In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Mix well & set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet. Carefully add tofu slices.
Cook the slices for 4 mins per side, until browned & crispy.
Strain the oil, add the sauce and spoon it over the tofu until thickened.
Remove tofu from skillet, serve with rice & drizzle with remaining glaze.
