Fabulous and so easy! A healthy side dish of sautéed greens beans and garlic, toasted almonds and a squeeze of lemon.

INGREDIENTS

Green Beans

Lemon

Almonds

 Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

Shallots

Step 1

Toast the almonds, until fragrant and golden brown

Step 2

Heat oil and cook the garlic and shallots until softened

Step 3

Add the green beans, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and sauté until al dente

Step 4

Sprinkle with toasted almonds 

Toss to combine  and serve hot
