4-Ingredient  Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork tender. Strain.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray and smash each with a fork to flatten.

Step 3

Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Step 4

Bake at 400F/200C for 40 minutes, until crispy and golden.

Step 5

Remove from the oven when crispy, golden, and the ends are lightly charred. 

Step 6

Transfer to a plate for serving. Optional to drizzle with my 5-minute chimichurri sauce.
