Vegan Caesar Dressing

The best vegan caesar dressing! This dressing is ultra creamy, velvety smooth, tangy and made with wholesome ingredients. It takes no longer than 5 minutes to make and likely you already have all the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic , finely chopped (optional)
  • pinch pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, dijon mustard, sea salt, garlic and pepper. Optional to add splashes more water (1 tbsp at a time) to thin if desired.

Notes

This recipe makes about 1/2 cup of salad dressing. 
Recipe will keep for up to 5 days and can be prepared in advance. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container or glass jar.
Tanginess can fade if preparing in advance. Optional to add a splash more lemon juice to the mixture before serving if you like it tangy.
