Healthy Balsamic Vinaigrette

This salad dressing is lightly sweet and refreshing, pleasantly tart, smooth and velvety. Enjoy on your favourite summer salads.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare balsamic vinaigrette in a jar by combining balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, maple syrup, chopped garlic and sea salt. Cover with lid and shake well to combine. 

Notes

Salad dressing will keep in the fridge for one week. Bring to room temperature and stir well before using.
