  • 4 oz baby spinach (113 g)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 oz parsley (56 g)
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 inch ginger fresh piece, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scoop Organifi Green Juice blend (optional for extra green boost)

  • If using your juicer, pass through spinach, cucumber, green apples, parsley lemon, and ginger. If using Organifi green juice blend, add this to your juice and stir well to combine.
If using a blender, add all the content to the blender and mix until well combined. Strain into a large bowl through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the pulp, pressing down with a wooden spoon. Or, squeeze through a nut milk bag.

Green juice will keep in fridge for up to 3 days, but best served fresh.
