This vegan queso dip is smooth and creamy, fiery and cheesy. It makes for a great cheesy dip with tortilla chips and fresh veg. Or lather into tacos and burritos.
Toss everything into a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. (Add up to 1/4 cup more hot water, in splashes, if needed to thin for blending.)
