Green Goddess Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is bright and refreshing, creamy and smooth, and full of herby flavour. Enjoy this summer dressing drizzled over your favourite greens and buddha bowls.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup parsley and/or cilanto and/or dill
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp agave
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • In a blender combine fresh herbs, apple cider vinegar, garlic, coconut yogurt, olive oil, mustard, agave and sea salt. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve drizzled over your favourite salads and buddha bowls.

Notes

Herbs: feel free to use a herb blend of fresh parsley, cilantro and dill. Or just use one type of herb to make this dressing. I really like using just parsley. 
Dressing will keep in fridge for up to 5 days. Store in jar.
