Extra-Thick Coffee Milkshake

This milkshake is EXTRA THICK, made with coffee, almond butter, oats, dates and frozen bananas. Enjoy it for breakfast or snack time to keep you full and satiated.

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 medjool date pit removed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt


  • In a bowl mix oats with oat milk. Let soak overnight, or at least 20 minutes.

  • In a blender add soaked oats, date, almond butter, espresso shot, frozen banana, ice cubes, cinnamon and sea salt. Blend until smooth and serve.


Soaking oats is optional. It's not necessary, but will yield in a smoother and creamier blend.
