Peanut Butter and Coconut Yogurt Toast

Thick sourdough toast spread with peanut butter, a dollop of coconut yogurt, agave, walnuts and dark chocolate chips. These simple ingredients make for a cozy gourmet toast.

  • 2 slices sourdough bread (1-inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped (about 8 walnuts)
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp agave (or to taste)


  • Slice two slices of sourdough bread, each 1-inch in thickness, and toast the slices. Lather each with peanut butter and coconut yogurt. Sprinkle with walnuts and chocolate chips. Drizzle each slice with 1 tsp agave, or to taste.
