This Moroccan Salad Dressing is made with tangy citrus fruits with moroccan spices. Ready in 5-minutes, it's a vibrant and flavourful dressing that you will love in salads and bliss bowls. Use it whenever you want to enhance flavour to your healthy salads!

Prepare dressing: in a maison jar add the olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, coriander, sea salt and red pepper flakes. Whisk together with a fork, or secure with the lid and give it a good shake!
Drizzle over your favourite salad combinations. I particularly love it on my Morroccan Carrot and Chickpea Salad or my Kale Sweet Potato Salad (linked in recipe notes below).

Salad dressing will keep in the fridge for up to one week. Whisk well before using to recombine everything. If the olive oil in the dressing has solidified from refrigeration (which can happen with quality olive oils) then leave it on counter for 10 to 15 minutes to warm before whisking together with a fork.
