Transfer the pizza dough to a floured ssurface and flatten with hands going in circles.

Sprinkle a baking tray with semolina and place the flattened dough on top.

Slather the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough.

Top with vegan mozzarella and pepper.

Bake pizza at 450F/230C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pizza crust is golden and bubbly, and the bottom is cooked through.

Top the pizza with fresh basil and it's ready to serve.
