Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

Add oats, ground chia,  pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to a baking dish

In a mixing bowl, add the pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup,  almond butter and vanilla. Whisk to combine.

Pour the liquid mixture  into the baking dish and mix until batter-like consistency. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350F/180C until golden and set, 40 minutes.

Slice and serve! Optional to drizzle with almond milk.
