Husk the corn on the cob and remove the silk.

In a bowl mash together the miso, tamari, lemon juice, maple syrup and vegan butter.

Step 3

Add the corn to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Pat dry.

Step 4

 Slather the corn with the miso butter to coat all sides. 

Step 5

Broil the corn in the oven for 3-5 minutes until lightly charred, turning halfway.

Step 6

Remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped herbs, red onion, sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with lime juice and serve with the remaining miso butter.
