Toss the mixed berries, frozen banana, apple juice, and coconut yogurt into blender.

Add the frozen acai puree and blend everything until smooth and combined.

Use the tamper as needed to push everything down, or stop the blender and push things down with a spatula. (This helps reduce the amount of liquid needed, resulting in a thicker smoothie bowl).

Step 4

Add to two bowls and top with your favourite toppings, such as sliced strawberries and banana, granola and coconut flakes to sprinkle.
