Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet. Fold together with a spatula until combined.
Lightly spray a loaf pan with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Tap to remove the air bubbles.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the edges of the loaf are lightly browned.
Once cooled, remove the loaf from the pan. Slice the loaf and serve with vegan butter.
