In a bowl combine chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup.

Whisk together with a fork, then wait a couple minutes and whisk again. Cover and transfer to fridge. 

Step 3

Allow chia seeds to absorb liquid mixture for at least 10-20 minutes, or until thick pudding consistency.

Step 4

When ready to eat remove from fridge.

Step 5

Top with your favourite fruits and enjoy.
