Easy Veggie Stir-Fry with Miso Sauce

In a small bowl combine the almond butter, tamari, and ginger. Mix together. Add the water and whisk to combine.
Step 2
Chop the zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli.
Step 3
Melt the coconut oil, then add the vegetables and cook until softened.
Step 4
Add the chickpeas. Then pour in the sauce and mix together.
Step 5
Serve the veggie stir fry in bowls over quinoa or brown rice.
