Banana Baked Oatmeal

Step 1
Mix oats, ground flax, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add mashed banana.

Add almond milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 375F/190C for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into slices.

Top with sliced banana and drizzle with more peanut butter for serving.
