Blueberry Banana
Baked Oatmeal
Recipe
Step 1
Mix oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, baking powder, sea salt and pecans
Step 2
Add chia egg, maple syrup, almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and mix
Step 3
Add the mashed banana and liquid mixture. Mix to combine.
Step 4
Pour in 1/2 the blueberries, add the oatmeal mixture.
Step 5
Top with remaining blueberries,
sliced banana and pecans.
Step 6
Bake at 350F/175C until golden and set,
40-50 minutes.
Step 7
Slice into squares and serve with
coconut yogurt and maple syrup!
