Drain tofu, rinse & press for 10 minutes.

Cut into bite-sized cubes.

Toss cubes in bowl with oil, arrowroot starch, salt, garlic powder, pepper.

Transfer cubes onto lined baking tray. Separate to avoid clumping. 

Bake in oven at 400F/200C  until golden & crispy,  25 mins.
