Baked Apple Oatmeal

Add oats, ground chia  hemp seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, salt to baking dish

Peel and grate apples to make 1 cup

In a mixing bowl, add the grated apple,  apple sauce, almond milk, maple syrup,  oil,  and vanilla.

Add 1/2 cup walnuts and the liquid mixture. Mix everything to combine until batter-like consistency.

Decorate with remaining apples (sliced)  and remaining walnuts

Bake at 375F/190C until golden and set,  30 minutes.

Cut into slices and serve. Optional to drizzle with almond butter.
