5-Minute Morning Metabolism Boost
Peel and slice the ginger. Add to a glass jar.
Add the cinnamon stick and fill with water. (This will be your infused water for diluting).
Juice your lemon and add to a juice cup.
Add a splash of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of chili flakes.
Pour in the infused water (enough that you can stand to drink it). Sip and enjoy!
