5-Minute Chimichurri Sauce 

Finely chop red onion

Finely chop parsley.

Step 3

Add the parsley and red onion to a small bowl with the garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, chili flakes and pepper.

Step 4

Mix to combine.

Step 5

Serve on anything! Such as my 4-Ingredient Crispy Smashed Potatoes, Cauliflower Steaks, or roasted vegetables.
