This delicious medley starts with whole wheat toast topped with layers of fresh avocado, red berries and dark chocolate chips. Say what?! Chocolate! Have you ever tried avocado and chocolate? If not you are in for a treat! Who would have thought the two flavours would pair so well together? It’s like strawberries and cream – they are a match made in heaven.

Ingredients
  • 2slices whole grain bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4cup red currants
  • 2tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • chia seeds and hemp heartsto sprinkle
  • salt flakesto sprinkle
Instructions
  1. Toast bread slices until golden. Peel avocado and chop into thin layers. Decorate toast with avocado and top with red currant, and chocolate chips.
  2. Sprinkle with hemp hearts, chia and salt flakes.
