Strawberry and Cream Bruschetta

Ingredients
  • 18-inch piece freshly baked baguette
  • 1/2cup (125g) coconut yogurt
  • 1box (250g) strawberries(about 16 strawberries)
  • chocolate sauce or honey, to drizzle(optional)
Instructions
  1. Cut 8-inch slice of baguette in half, to make two 4-inch pieces. Turn baguette on it’s side and cut down the middle to open into two slices, (4 slices total). Toast each slice of baguette until browned.
  2. Lather each toasted slice of baguette with coconut yogurt. Cut strawberries into small pieces and layer on top of toasts. Optional to drizzle with chocolate sauce or honey.
Recipe Notes

Strawberry and cream bruschetta should be prepared just before eating so the bread doesn’t go soggy. You can chop the strawberries in advanced to save time.
