Ingredients
  • 2tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1handful (45g) spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4cup coconut yogurt(or coconut kefir, or other plain plant-based yogurt of choice)
  • 1cup water
Instructions
  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
