A healthful green smoothie for breakfast or snack time. It’s sweet and refreshing. Made with spinach, parsley (trust me on this), citrus fruits, almond butter, plant protein powder and fresh ginger.

Ingredients
  • 1handful (65g) spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2(40g) kiwi
  • 1/4cup (55g) pineapple
  • 1/2tbsp (7.5ml) almond butter
  • 2tbsp (25g) hemp hearts
  • 1/4cup (5g) parsleytightly packed
  • 1cup (240ml) water(or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1tsp (1.5g) fresh gingerpeeled and chopped
  • 3 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. In a blender add all your ingredients: spinach, kiwi, pineapple, almond butter, hemp hearts, parsley, water, ginger and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
