Gingerbread Lattes
Deliciously easy gingerbread lattes, made by simmering coffee and almond milk with holiday spices, and honey to sweeten. Why serve regular coffee when you can have this festive one?

Ingredients
  • 2cups coffee
  • 1cup homemade almond milk*(or store bought milk of choice)
  • 2tsp ground ginger
  • 2tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1tsp maca powder(optional)
  • 1/2tsp coconut oil
  • 3tbsp honey, plus more to taste
  • more almond milk if desired(I like to froth, and top the lattes with it)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan simmer coffee and almond milk. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, maca powder (optional), coconut oil and honey. Pour into two glasses an serve. Optional to pour in more almond milk (frothed) if desired.
