Chocolate Oatmeal (Porridge)
A classic chocolate oatmeal (porridge) bowl topped with a dollop of creamy peanut butter, fresh blueberries and chocolate chips. Gluten-free and Vegan. It takes less than 10 minutes for a rich and decadent breakfast bowl.

Ingredients
  • 1cup gluten-free large flake oats
  • 2cups oat milk, plus more if desired(or other plant-based milk)
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 4tsp coconut sugar(or brown sugar)
  • 2tsp all-natural peanut butter, smooth
  • 1/2cup blueberries
  • 2tsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan combine oats, oat milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds and coconut sugar. Whisk to combine and bring to a simmer. Let oats simmer for about 5 minutes, or until oats are porridge consistency. Optional to add splashes more milk if desired for consistency.
  2. Divide chocolate oatmeal between two bowls and top each with 1 tsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup blueberries, and 1 tsp dark chocolate chips.
